Yet another “how to make a small fortune off Clickbank ebook has hit the streets. This one’s called something like Affiliate Rock Star and I think it’s being promoted by Eric Rockefeller.

Two things. I think that most of Eric’s stuff is OK and I’ve come away with a positive impression of Eric from my contacts with him but I don’t promote his stuff because of what happened on a previous product. After spending a couple of months getting people signed up for one of his launches, he completely changed his affiliate back-end system at the last minute and I lost all of those leads, along with their potential commissions. So I simply don’t buy his products nor do I promote them because there are plenty of other marketers who don’t do those things. He could be selling 24 karat gold bricks for a dollar and I’d pass. As the saying goes, once burned, twice careful.

Second, how many “how to be a Clickbank super duper mega affiliate” ebooks do you need? One, maybe. In my case, I would simply need to get off my backside and actually use one of the books I already have — IF I decided to go that route. I do scatter the occasional Clickbank link here and there about the ‘Net, and while many may be making lots of cash with it, I haven’t messed with it much.

So do you need this Rockstar Super Duper Affiliate ebook? Probably not. If you’re new to affiliate marketing, go to my SBI page and grab the Affiliate Masters Course (plus any others that look interesting — they are all free for the taking), read it, and it will be enough to get you started. If that is too basic, then just do what you’ve already learned.

Am I basing this on having actually seen the course? No (I said that I don’t buy Mr. Rockefeller’s products any more). But I am basing it on a few other Super Duper Clickbank Affiliate Mega Whatever products that I’ve seen in the past. Most of them are pretty much the same (or a variation of a common theme) and I’m sure that this one is no exception.

In closing, I’ll share my top Super Duper Mega Affiliate Clickbank Or Anything Else Tip: Do something. Do anything — except for buying another ebook. Remember this: an ebook can’t make the light come on; only you can.
