Today — October 11, 2007 — is a very special day for me. It was ten years ago today that a casual acquaintance became my best friend, which was the first step towards her becoming my wife.
Yes, I’m talking about Iveta.
I don’t talk much about her on this blog or in other places on the ‘Net, yet were it not for Iveta and her constant encouragement, this blog — much less my Internet business — would not be here today. I also would not be preparing for the CISSP certification exam because I would have never completed my degree, and that degree was a requirement for my current job position — and I’m preparing for the CISSP because of potential opportunities that await me on my current contract (and because if I am to call myself a computer security professional, I have an obligation to continuously improve my knowledge of, and standing in, my chosen profession).
So thanks, Iveta, for the best ten years of my life and for opening the doors to so many possibilities.
Oh — and happy birthday, too!

But.. przede wszystkim skladam dzieki Panu, Bogu Najwyzszemu za Jego dobroc i laske jaka Wam okazal, darowujac Was sobie nawzajem!!! I’m looking forward to hear something from You! It was an unforgettable year we spent together in Heidelberg!
