		<description>Hi Tom,

Interesting concept..eating only raw. Will have to do some reading on that. We do eat salads and at times other veggies raw, but as the exception not as a rule.
What I wanted to comment about is the last bit (where my ear&#039;s &quot;perked up&quot;) was about blogging and the large number of avenues by which people can get started blogging&gt;
Interesting benefits that you mentioned..and in fact because blogs originally were basic online diaries, it then follows that one can look back to earlier posts for information included there, or even to check ones own progress.
You&#039;ll have to agree with me however that not having anyone to come by regularly and post comments is a real drag.
Although a blog is a diary it is also online..and the whole intent of that is for others to see it, and in that we need visitors, and this is the case for social marketing.
In our case, you made a thoughtful reply and mention of me in your recent &quot;group&quot; post in the Turbo Sitting Room, and I followed your links back to visit and comment here.
So many people miss the point of doing all that.
Anyway. I ramble.
Thanks and see you &quot;over there&quot;.
