At Last — Before And After Pictures

by email on July 31, 2008

Yes, I promised them a month ago — now they are here. On this blog.

First, a disclaimer: While I call them “before and after” pictures, the “after” picture is actually more of a “now” picture. I still have a long ways to go. While I’m quite happy with my weight, now I need to work more on overall conditioning. For starters, I’m going to go back to a home routine I was doing several years ago. I liked the results, felt comfortable with it, and it will get me back into the habit of exercising.

After that, I’m going to start making adjustments. I like Roger Haeske’s concepts (such as the Pushup Blaster program) and want to incorporate them into my routine and lifestyle.

So I do hope that you enjoy the “before and now” pictures, and truly hope that they inspire you to consider abandoning your lifestyle for the 80/10/10 raw food lifestyle.

(NOTE: If you click on each of the thumbnails, a larger version of that picture will open in a new browser window.)

This picture was taken on December 9, 2007:

And this one on December 14, 2007 (note the “Kitchen” theme? :) ):

And the “now” picture, taken June 26, 2008:

See what’s possible with a simple diet change?

Smacznego,
Tom

Tom, Your before and after pictures are inspiring. Congratulations on your achievement. I first saw your link about the raw food diet on the friendsinbusiness site. I’m so glad I did. Even though it has been a struggle, the results have been good. Again, well done.

Wow! Tom, that’s an amazing change. Congratulations. I’m trying to hit 185 myself. I started at 220 and the first 15 fell off just by watching what I eat.

But the next 5 has been really tough.

Which means I’ve got 15 more after that. So…I’m off to Amazon to get a copy of this program.

Thanks and congratulations,

David

Amazing, isn’t it? And 80/10/10 is the way to go!

Naming your school makes it a lot easier on you and the kids, too. I wish you success! It’s a great adventure!
