Welcome to the dark (green) side, Tom!

One of my favorite, non-banana, green smoothies is a simple combination of peaches or nectarines and spinach. Another is mango with greens. Earlier this week, I tried one with whatever-fruit-needed-to-be-consumed-fast combined with collard greens, and it was quite the pleasant surprise.

You could also try adding spinach to your fruit smoothies as well! I started doing that regularly a few weeks ago, and you can't even tell the difference, taste-wise!

I just finished a fruit smoothie of orange, kiwi, pineapple, cherries, blackberries, strawberries, cranberries and spinach galore - and it was pretty fantastic! =)
